Welcome to the Mynth Public Alpha

Thanks for being an early explorer. The public alpha gives you free access to Mynth’s AI image generation API so you can experiment, build, and help shape the product before it’s fully baked. Every new account receives $5 in free credits automatically — no payment required. This is a testing environment, so grab your API key and start generating.

What “alpha” means

Alpha is the earliest stage of a public release. In practice that means:

• Instability — features may break, endpoints may change, and the dashboard might have rough edges.
• Data loss — we may need to reset databases or clear stored images as we iterate on the infrastructure. Your generated images, tasks, API keys, and account data could be wiped at any time.
• Breaking changes — request/response schemas, SDK interfaces, and API behavior can change without a deprecation period.
• No uptime guarantees — the service may go offline for maintenance or due to unexpected issues.

Do not rely on Mynth alpha for production workloads. Treat it as a sandbox for experimentation and early integration testing.

Staying in the loop

We use Discord as the primary communication channel during the alpha. Here’s what to expect:

• Planned resets and downtime will be announced on Discord at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.
• Release notes and changelog updates are shared as they happen.
• Bug reports and questions are welcome in the appropriate channels.

If you’re participating in the alpha, joining the Discord server is the best way to stay informed.

Your feedback matters

At this stage of development, every piece of feedback has outsized impact. The data models, API surface, SDK design, and overall experience are all still being actively shaped — your input directly influences the direction of the product. Ways to contribute:

• Report bugs — spotted something broken? Let us know on Discord.
• Suggest features — have an idea for how something should work? We’re listening.
• Request new models — want a specific model supported? Ask on Discord. If we add it, you’ll receive $3 in bonus credits to try it out.
• Request magic prompt support — want Mynth’s magic prompt enhancement for a specific model? Same deal — request it, and if it ships, you get $3 added to your account.

Earning more credits

Your initial $5 goes a long way for experimentation, but active participants can earn more:

• Request a model that gets added — $3 bonus
• Request magic prompt support for a model that gets added — $3 bonus
• Provide valuable feedback on Discord — we periodically top up accounts of community members who help improve the product through bug reports, feature suggestions, and thoughtful discussion.

There are no top-ups or payments available during the alpha. The credits you earn through participation are the way to keep generating.
